Everybody has those burning questions, so we thought we’d try and answer some of them for you here.

Pre-Sales Enquiries

To secure your beautiful new home a non-refundable deposit of 1% of the purchase price is required.  This secures your property exclusively for you for a period of 28 days.  You then have 28 days to instruct your Advocate and to exchange contracts.  The 1% is non refundable so if you do not proceed you will not get that deposit back.

The 1% deposit will be deducted from the sale price on completion of your purchase.

As soon as you have completed on the purchase of your property your keys will be made available to you.  For your convenience the keys will be available from our site office and one of our Site Managers will be available to meet with you to take you through our Handover Check List.

You are invited to attend by appointment our Office at Murdoch House where you will be taken through your options to choose your property’s customisations and to bespoke your home to your exact requirements.

Questions about your home

Although our homes are built to the highest of construction standards, we appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong, so all of our new-builds are sold with a 12 year BLP/Allianz build warranty.

Snagging is the process of checking a new property for minor faults that need to be rectified after completion.
